Monthly dues are $150.00 and due the 1st day of the month. A late fee of $25 is assessed for payments received after the 15th.
Certificates of Insurance reflecting Loss Assessment coverage are now a requirement of the Association. Certificates should be mailed to SPHOA, 1221 A Sequoyah St., Edmond, OK 73003, or emailed to smithteri@sbcglobal.net.
