Article 5, Section 5.3:  The dues are $150 per month and due on the 1st day of each month.  Payment should be mailed to 1221 A Sequoyah Street, Edmond, OK  73003.

Payment can be made monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, or annually; however, payment must be received by the 1st for the month it is due.

Late Fee:  $25 late fee is assessed if payment is not received by the Association by the 15th day of the month.

Assessment Liens are recorded at 60 days past due.
