Siding: The original 120 Series Lap has been discontinued.  LP SmartSide 76 Series 12″ x 16′ Cedar Texture Lap cut into 6″ wide pieces and overlapped to resemble the old siding.  Home Depot

Paint: Sherwin Williams Duration Paint, Basket Beige color, satin finish

Windows: Frames shall be uniform in color scheme, beige or bronze brown

and glass shall not have panes.

Guttering:  beige

Fencing: Pine or Cedar, 5.5” or 7.25” x 6’
