The Sequoyah Place Addition was established April 1, 1982 by Earl and Patricia Austin (Declarant).  This community consists of 70 individually owned townhomes of which 26 are one story 1183 sq/ft townhomes, 23 are two story 1252 sq/ft townhomes, and 21 are two story 1552 sq/ft townhomes.  The Declarant incorporated the Sequoyah Place Homeowners Association to provide for the efficient preservation of the values and amenities in this community.
