Please be advised of the following:

• All cables must be buried and the ground surface completely restored to its original state. You do not have permission to attach cable to neighboring townhomes, as they are privately owned and privately responsible for exterior repairs.
• No cables are to be installed over the roofs and no dishes are to be attached to the roofs.
• All dishes must be installed within the courtyard to your townhome.
