For Insurance Certificates for Mortgage Companies:  Submit request to Teri Smith, smithteri@sbcglobal.net.  Please include the name of the mortgage company along with a mailing address and email address.

Owners are required to include Loss Assessment coverage (minimum of $2000) on their HO6 policy.

Monthly Dues:  $150 due the 1st day of each month and considered late of received after the 15th.  $25 late fee.

Monthly dues provide for blanket insurance policy, common area maintenance, common area grounds maintenance, security lighting, swimming pool, private street maintenance, driveway and sidewalk maintenance, and perimeter fence maintenance.

Home Owners are responsible for all maintenance, interior and exterior, on their townhomes.

Homeowners’ Association is responsible for the roofs on all buildings.
